all orders placed from our COLLECTIONS ranges are made-to-order, the delivery expectation for you to receive your order is 4 weeks
your order will be dispatched directly from our India factory, all customs and duty charges are included in your purchase. once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking info
in some cases, orders being sent to the USA or Australia may fall outside the 4 week delivery window due to customs inspections, but do keep an eye on your tracking info for the latest updates
all items from our ‘ready-to-wear’ clearance sale are dispatched the next working day using a trackable service, you’ll receive the tracking details as soon as we’ve dispatched the order
within the UK, deliveries usually take 3-4 working days, and international orders range between 7-10 working days - we recommend keeping an eye on the tracking info to stay up to date with the delivery window
